The company "Apart-Invest Nieruchomości" specialises in managing the rental of flats in Szklarska Poreba.

We use our long-standing experience and qualifications to offer our customers services at the highest level.

We have been professionally involved in real estate since 2000. In the beginning it was property management. In 2007, we implemented flat rental management and real estate brokerage.

Our flats are located in several of the city's most strategic locations - close to the full infrastructure of the city centre and in scenic spots, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the proximity of nature. Every guest will find something for themselves. We offer flats ranging from 24m2 to 90m2, for 2 to 10 people.
